Treat contributors and users with respect. Discuss ideas and evidence; do not harass, threaten, discriminate, publish private information, or attack people personally. Make room for different experience levels and communicate technical disagreements constructively.

Maintainers may remove abusive content and limit participation to protect the community. Reports must be reviewed privately and fairly, with conflicts of interest disclosed. The owner must publish a monitored reporting channel and name responsible maintainers before opening public contribution channels.
